With DirectShow players like MPC or MPC Home Cinema you can use dual subtitles if you have FFDshow/Vobsub installed. Set same name for first subtitle and video file, then open the second subtitle via MPC menu.
Hi,
Since VLC doesnot support dual subtitle display, does anyone know how to configure MPC-HC, FFDSHOW, DIRECTVOBSUB to come together and display dual subtitle (.srt or whatever)?
Been looking unsuccessfully for this solution. Some mentioned Dual Subtitle is possible through FFDSHOW and DIRECTVOBSUB installed, but no one specifically mentioned how to configure them to work together properly. and since it is possible.....I had all installed: MPC-HC, FFDSHOW and DIRECTVOBSUB, but when I load another subtitle, it will replace that existing one, not showing both.
Also someone had also mention MPC with Storm codec
http://www.walkernews.net/2007/11/17/ho ... orm-codec/ but I am inclined to avoid installation of multiple codec sets, unless really necessary, and I would also prefer MPC-HC over MPC.
Would appreciate any help here if you can.--Thanks!!!
