Get the name of the Codec using c#

Can I get the name of the codec of the currently playing video by
using __vlc_object_find(vlc, VLC_OBJECT_DEMUX, ObjectSearchMode.FIND_CHILD) ?

Is there any other alternative to retrieve the codec name using c#.
