Not sure who to tell. When I try to download from the above link, it fails repeatedly. Links on the same page work just fine.

Perhaps this is early warning on a disk issue?

As we have upgraded our webserver for the main site and VIA download mirror to apache 2 and php5, we have been experiencing problems concerning download corruption. Try to use other mirrors.

We hope to fix this issue sometime this week.
