Tuning DVB-S Channels

How do i correctly tune to a DVB-S channel? right now when i try to use it i will just get a random bunch of channels or nothing.

channels.conf from dvbscan has this entry: ProSieben:12544:h:0:22000:511:512:17501

I tried using it with this command: vlc dvb:// :dvb-tone=auto :dvb-satno=0 :dvb-frequency=1254400 :dvb-srate=22000000 :dvb-polarisation="H"
But instead of the channel i want i get some random foreign channels.

szap can tune the channel and kaffeine works as well.
