cron doesnt want to run vlc :(

cd /home/vychod/public_html && killall -9 vlc &> /dev/null; DISPLAY=:0.0 vlc -I dummy --fullscreen --volume 300 --loop --sub-filter logo --logo-file LOGO_TV_VYCHOD_VLAVO_HORE.png --logo-position 5 --logo-transparency 255 --logo-delay 60000 --logo-repeat -1 --logo-x 50 --logo-y 20 -I http --http-host 192.168.1.2:8080 L_PLAYLISTY/L_RE_L_VYSIELANIE_09_00.m3u

this is command i want to run by cron

if ill paste it to commandline it works
cron doesnt want to run it
