Position time

Sorry for my english.

The time to see the position is to short.
can i make it longer?
My English is bad !!

I try it again

i see movies with VLC on TV. i have a remote control.
wen i put a butten i see the time from the movie on the TV.
but the time where i see the time is to short. can i make the insertion longer?

Not sure if you mean this, but try the following:

Open the seetings with Ctrl+P
show all seetings (left bottom)
show video settings
change the marked setting from 1500 (1.5 seconds) to whatever you want.

that is not what i mine. wen i make that what you say i have by the fullscrean the menu longer.

I will see the time, to show the position in the movie, longer
wenn i click on time i see it ca. 0,5 sec.
i will see it 4 sec.

I don´t understand "marquee".


I use a remote control at show the time.
I see them only short on displayed.
I would like to have more.

Sorry again, I now understood that you mean position hotkey (default t). There isn't currently an options to change the time how long the text stays on the screen.
