New skin "skin-deep"

Hey all,

This one is for VLC-0.9.x, a conglomeration of the previous skins, w various features and some, re-organized, updated xml code. Working in versions 0.9.4, 0.9.3 on XP. Seems to work nicely on version-0.86 on 'nix and XP. Untested w latest v-.0.9x 'nix, appears there are issues w currently available 'nix versions of "9x" that may take a bit to resolve.

-Screen/vout is a functional standalone (for video only), w minimal, clean display, adjustable only in the horizontal direction...this keeps the video display on the small side. Unfortunately, "auto-resize" doesn't work as intended, so, drag the right frame in to fit the screen to the video...'til the (top/sides) black mask thickness is even. The video will always open full-width with a maximum aspect of 221:100, minimal aspect is 4:3, most all else in-between.

-Playlist can be used either standalone or with the "screen/vout" as a completely seperate, independant window, functional as such on its own, but is initially only accessible from the video window, when the skin is first loaded. Playlist is only ajustable vertically for minimal desktop footprint, as w the screen. Attempted to have as many functions as would fit properly for appearance, though looks somewhat cluttered. Auto scrolling on the long track titles doesn't, need to click it to start the scrolling.

-Oddities: Matching lower right-center/left-center buttons on both windows to access either for independant use, or simultaneously. Volume access via right or left frames of either window...in tandem. The "seeker" on the video screen starts and stops in a different position than on the playlist, due to scaling differences.

Your feedback much appreciated. The skin is updated to allow for full zoom range, limited on the 1:4 side due to "layout design"...uploading shortly!
