What Can I Do With .Bin Files? Can I Just Watch Them? When I Load The Bin File In Vidlan Player I Just Get A Static Sound With No Video. Please Help!

You need the companion .cue files as well.

Yes you do. otherwise it won't treat it as a 'disc' and the normal mpeg2 system kicks in, which generally does a much worse and less reliable job on .bin discimages.
