HELP - 9.2 ignores Caching Value setting, LAN playing borked

Postby Roamerick » 17 Sep 2008 19:13

9.2 seems to have broken the "Caching value in ms" setting, which is indispensable if playing movies over a LAN. Does anyone know how to fix it? I've had to revert to 8.6 in order to get my LAN video playing back.

Help? Devs?

Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. I had to roll back too, otherwise its not usable to watch via my SMB or AFP shares with wireless.

Deactivate MMAP for this.

Deactivate MMAP for this.
How do you disable MMAP?
EDIT
Oops, found it. :)
