Skins2 for windows is back!

I just wanted to tell you that skins2 on windows is back after 364 days (+/- 1). The upcoming release and nightly builds will provide the fixed version.

Well it means that:
1/ the release will have skins for windows
2/ skins can be used in 0.9.* and 1.0.0 again if you run windows

As opposed to:
1/ skins don't work on windows
2/ and that's about it.

It seems not totally fixed on windows :cry: You can't load skins via "Open file" and the volume slider in the default skin is somehow broken. I'd just wish there were more developers for windows :/ ... One day I'll learn C and then I'll help :wink:

Cool, I need to replace the "+" "-" buttons on the interface by icons, very small, in order to not increase the size, but for whiners who "can't find fast forward on the new interface" to NOT complain. :D
