Help with file(s)

Hello everybody.
I hvae been using VLC for ever on every os I have ever had, windows linux and mac. It has helped me open files I never thought would be able to open, even video files I have changed the file type on to something like .doc

I do hav some files I do want to open, but there is only sound. Think you might be able to help me?

Don't know if it is the right place to post, but please consider adding codec for this uniqe type of file

Works fine here under linux with both VLC 0.8.6 and 0.9.2. You should wait a few days for the official 0.9.2 release to happen and give it a try then.
