streaming enigma on dreambox in vista

hi,

I am using vlc to play a networkstream from the enigma interface on my dreambox.
Enigma distributes a video.pls file. I assosiated the pls extention with vlc. This works ... after downloading it opens vlc, but there is no video. When I go into the contents of the video.pls file there is the stream-url like http://192.168.2.20:31339/0,07d5,0201,005c,1ffe
When I paste this url in vlc it streams the video.

My question: Why does videolan doesnt read the contents of the video.pls file automaticly? And how can I fix it?
