streaming in h264/SPS/PPS/x264 Preferences

hi all,

I made several tests to get a good result to stream a video in h264 but it's very difficult to find better options.

I'm interested if one of you has all info to put a good stream

right now, when I stream video, on receiver side, he gets audio, then after 20-30 seconds, video ... that's tooooo long (in the same time tons of SPS/PPS)

I change several options in h264 codec in preferences but I don't find which is very good

Thanks to provide me a complete (maybe option x264 screenshot) with good entries

PS : I think VLC staff should add in wiki several examples about h264, same about mosaic, that's not enough right now.
