Problem Using Wallpaper Mode

Postby lambchop9428 » 06 Oct 2007 11:04

I recently Downloaded VLC Media Player for my Windows Vista Home edition. I was wanting to try the wallpaper mode since dreamscene is for vista ultimate only. I enabled wallpaper mode in the advanced preferences; However, when i right click my video a option for wallpaper mode doesn't appear. Have i forgotten something?

I apoligize, i did use the search feature prior to posting this, but i overlooked a post that helped me.

For future reference, under preferences, Output modules. You have to use DirectX, not DirectX 3d.

Admins may delete this thread entirely if they want.

problem solved.

VLC version: OVER 9000!!!
Operating System: It's...blue screen
Location: Heaven? No no. What's that other place that starts with an "H"? Oh yes: Home. ^_^

If this is deleted then there would be no point to your posting a future reference that can possibly help others in the future. Sometimes CloudStalker can make sense. :P
