CygWin boostrap error

Hi,

I am following the link http://wiki.videolan.org/Win32CompileCygwinNew to compile vlc using Cygwin

I have downloaded the vlc using GIT and when I ran .bootstrap command, getting the following error.

Please help me to solve this.
