Integrate VLC with Tandberg Portal

Hi VLC experts;
I am working in triple service company, and we are using Tandberg Equipment for video service.
I don’t have any problem with multicast and stream channels through Tandberg Stream TT7140 by either using KREATLE SETBOX in customer property or VLC by entering channel IP multicast.
Now, I would like to add video (which has advertisement/promotion about the company) to channels list; so the customer will receive it in SETBOX. The problem is how I can assign this video multicast IP and added to the Tandberg Portal.

Again from VLC to VLC no problem… the question is:
How to integrate video running by VLC to the Tandberg Portal…? Without using VOD service?

(We are using Tandberg IRD TT1260, Tandberg Streamer TT7140)

Any help…? Any experience in Tandberg System…?

This is not a Tandberg support forum... your question/issue is about tandberg, not about vlc.
