As one can see from his attitude this man is obviously from USA (and a Bush-voter I might add). Perhaps you should get ourself a mirror overseas (hahahahaha as if ever)

Usually there's really good download speed, though from time to time the server does have hiccups -- about normal, I get such things even downloading things like Cygwin from US universities and labs.

We've had some network trouble sunday and monday that might have slowed traffic down.

However, this should not have impacted downloads from other mirrors.
