Notification not being sent to email on new message

I've noticed this 2 times now..Even though i'm subscribing to the "Notify me when a reply is posted" i'm not getting any emails for the same. I'm subscribing to this also, so let's see...

Yes, i got this notification, but maybe it affects only the "VLC for Windows" forum??

Notifications shouldn't be user specific. I tried to look at your current notification preferences and couldn't spot any issue. Maybe your email provider's spam filtering is a bit too sensitive.

Maybe your mail server blocks notification. Or maybe it is in junk folder of your mail server.
