AminoNet110 loading problem

First I'm very srorry for the topic msg
but I don't know where to put it.
Last week i bought from ebay brand new STD AMINO AmiNET110
connecting the power adapter and AV to TV Screen is stuck on a screen that sais Loading... When scanning my network for IPs the STB doesn't seem to have one in the local range.
Contacted with AMINO support page, they wrote my the following: (Thank you for your email. Our boxes are generally sold configured with DHCP and with no software (ready to have the correct software downloaded via our multicast upgrade system).
Wich is the first steps, for starting. where to find to download the software?. i need to install a DHCP server at first?
Please i need your help, i'm almost beginner on VideoLan, and IPTV systems.
