Possible to get audio when axVLCPlugin21.input.rate changes

Postby corvusvideo » 03 Mar 2008 16:20

I want to speed up the playback of video and audio to allow a viewer to scan forward. When I set the value of the activex control's input.rate to some value other than 1.0 the audio is muted and I can not turn it back on. Is there any way to prevent this? Can I get the audio rate to increase equally and just sound "chipmunky" ?

Thanks very much....

RKM

Re: Possible to get audio when control.input.rate is != 1.0 ???

I have tried everything I can think of but no luck getting sound except at a rate of 1.0 :(

Can anyone tell me definitively whether I am spinning my wheels here or whether there is some way to do this?

Thanks....

Only 0.9.0 will play sound if rate != 1.0
