MJPEG with JPEG and create a flux MJPEG to send on RTP

hello,

i am french, and i want to create a flux MJPEG,
i HAVE an acquisition card, and it retur me a picture than i convert on any format , and i have this picture on a buffer, i don't want to write this on my hard drive. so,i choose JPEG format, an I have, a JPEG on a buffer, and this buffer is full in with new picture with the bitrate 25/sec, I want to create a MJPEG flux, and send this flux by rtp, but i need to use only code from vlc, i don't now which part of code is used to transform any JPEG in MJPEG flux, i have this picture by grabing with an acquision card.
moreover, i must be able to choose the lenght of packet on net, i must send packet by 0 to 1500 octect.
can you help my please ??
sai to me, which part of source of vlc must i take?

That is impossible. There is no RTP payload format for Multipart-JPEG, and probably never will be. MJPEG can only work on HTTP.

ou alors quel format vidéo puis envoyer avec un flux compatible avec un lecteur vlc?
comment céer ce flux?

you said to me that it's impossible to créate a MJPEG flux and diffuse it with RTP/UDP, however, with vlc,we can diffuse a MPEG file on a networt by UDP, is it impossible to do same with a MJPEG ?
I think that it is possible.....
