Hi everybody,
I am trying to develop a plugin for VLC to encode H264 video without any encapsulation (Raw) and stream it using RTP. I am not familiarized with VLC code and, although I have read all the documentation provided in the web, I am not quite sure about what modules do I have to modify. Is there anyone who can help me with that issue??

This is already doable in VLC development versions.
