stream 1x TS from 4 TS multicast

I need to create 1 TS with 4 TS IP MULTICASTING.
Is it possible to create a Multisplit with VLC?

I would to give more explaination about my question.

I receive 4 TS IP MULTICAST for IPTV NETWORK.
I would like to create a MULTISPLIT or MOSAIC from the 4 TS.
TS 1 is on upper left side
TS 2 is on upper right side
TS 3 is on bottom left side
TS 4 is on bottom right side.

So in this case it is very easy to use 4 times VLC player in a winform and to do that but I would like to STREAM the result from this MULTISPLIT in a new TS IP MULTICAST.

Do you have any solution for that?

Yes this is doable using the video mosaic to re-assemble the stream into one, and then re-encode and multiplex back to a single TS. But this is going to eat a lot of your CPU.

I have a question about that...
When you do the mosaic you will not need the voice stream, right? So it will be "easier" because if you have to used it's problably get a desynchronization...
How can be this done in live strem?
