Muxing in meta data

Earlier i had asked how to mux two inputs. really what im trying to do is mux in meta data. anyone know how to do that?

EDIT:

ill be more specific.

take in a video ES (or pes) and meta data (from a seperate source) and mux them together, and output a TS.
