Fullscreen broken when always on top is enabled
When the "always on top" option is enabled when viewing in fullscreen mode, the VLC program window is shown and will not go away like it normally does when the video part of the screen is clicked. This problem does not exist in v0.8.6b but does in both v0.8.6c and v0.8.6d.

This is a common problems that may probably be fixed for the next release version of VLC media player.
