(Java) Embed VLC as a video player - any examples?

Hi,

I'd like to embed VLC in a JAVA program, simply as a video player (just play/pause/stop/jumptoposition a.s.o. would be enough).

I wonder if there's any sample code of a Java "wrapper" one could have a look at within a couple of minutes.

Is it even possible to embed VLC in a desktop application?

Yep, use the search function and search for VB or C# I think it will also be possible in JAVA, but I don't know JAVA.
