P2P Streaming feature

hi

I need a feature to can Stream as a P2P Streaming.
i mean i will use only VLC for P2P Streaming not a second app for P2P BroadCasting for more People.

I think its really importend P2P Streaming Technology for VLC.
To can set a Tracker/Server for BroadCasting and every Video client must need the feature to swarming a stream.

i doesnt find a ticket for P2P Streaming?.
or is anywhere writing a plugin for P2P Streaming?

i found that SopCast uses a StreamServer.exe which using VLC...
and its uses some plugins too..

tright now p2p streams do not work on vlc media player newest version, due to the p2p files being streamed on localhost , example pplive, or sopcast all play p2p links into http://127.0.0.1:port /file.asf but vlc doesnt understand this. same with my problem with redswoosh p2p network. i really hope they fix this issue
