wxwindows intf won't show accents (win32)

Postby Guest » 20 Dec 2003 20:22

Hi there,

The wxwindows intf seems to have a big problems with accents (in 0.7.0 test1 and test2). Text strings containing accents are replaced with an empty string !

For example if I open "cité.avi", I only have an empty line in the playlist (and if I click on this entry, the movie plays fine)
Same story for Dshow devices : if I hit "refresh", the dropdown list will only show Default, None and an empty entry (it should be Caméra Phillips)

The bug does not show up in the skins interface.
It would be great to fix this for the 0.7.0 release !

Thanks.

What windows version?

If this is true, than it is indeed a bug that needs fixing.

I just committed a fix for this so the final 0.7.0 should be fine.
Thanks for the report.
