axxo movies and the "green problem"

Postby Paladin4ik » 27 Oct 2007 10:58

Hey...
i know that this discussion already took place before but i don't seem to solve the problem with any of the older comments..
well the situetion is like this.

vlc player works more then fine with any video files i play exept the "axxo" rips.
when i start them i see a picture like this.
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y207/Jacant/green.jpg

What i have tryed:
-reinstall
-uncheked the "overlay" option.
-deleted chache.

nothing helps.
the moste bazzar thing is that the ugly Windows midia player and all other players that do not use their own codecs plaing the video just fine. and the agine when i convert thies videos to DVD and play it on vlc it works just fine.
it is somthing about the codecs it uses.. thou i dont know much about them but it dose seems to be the problem..
can any one help woth than problem ?

hrmm.... thats a really strange problem, did u try to convert it to divx? or any thing else? see if any of the other formats give you an error. axxo usually uses "xvid" codec so it should be fine... why dont you send me a sample of the file, like use virtual dub to get the sample, also is it only that movei or all axxo rips?
