Feature for use in schools

It would be really useful to have a goto time
In schools teachers often play a dvd and just want to
show extracts to illustrate a point so they need a button or something so
they can, for example, goto 10mins into a video let it play
for a few minutes then goto 20 minutes and so on without
having to guess where the particular scenes are using the
progress bar at the bottom.

Is this difficult ?
