VLC on Windows NT4.0

Hi
I'm attempting to be a new user of the VLC program. I need to install it on on Windows NT4.0 for workgroups. Casn someone advise if this is possible and how it might be configured ?

Just download the .zip of the windows version and run it...
however, NT 4 directx support is getting a bit outdated, so it might be that VLC doesn't like it completely.
