QUIT AND PLAYLIST DISAPPEARS

HI ALL,
AGAIN: A NOVICE QUESTION -
WHEN I QUIT VLC AND THEN RE-START VLC, ALL THE SONGS THAT WERE LISTED IN THE PLAYLIST DISAPPEAR. IS THERE A WAY AROUND THIS, I MEAN A WAY OF KEEPING THE SONGS IN THE PLAYLIST AFTER QUITTTING VLC?

if you make a playlist you can save it under "file" menu.

you can then reopen that playlist later on, assuming the files in question are still in the same place : )

... and you can wait for the Media Library to appear in our next major release, which do this kind of stuff automagically
