Visual Basic + VLC ActiveX How To Display Controls?

I am using VLC ActiveX Plugin v1 and VB 2005 (Express).
In my application I can load, start and stop the video but I need a way to control the movie. Is there a way to have the controls that are found in VLC displayed in my application? I specifically need the track bar for position and fast forwarding.
