VLC - MacOS 10.2.8 - Hijacked all Windows Media Content

Not sure what is going on but VLC tries to play mms:// streams. How do I change this back to the windows media plugin or the application itself. Seems to do this in all my browsers. (Safari and Mozilla) I am using 0.6.2.

Any suggestions would be great.

That's a unique problem. Usually it's troublesome to get VLC to play them at all.
