Another new user

I apoligise if this has come up before.When I watch a flv movie file and move the slider with my mouse to fast forward the movie,the movie simply disappears.I have to start the file again to view the movie.

There are some complications with VLC and flv files at the moment but in the next version of VLC (0.9.0) many of these will be resolved. You could try a nightly build and report any still existing problems to trac.
