anoying - movie PINK

When i start a movie, it works but.. The problem is that there is a red/pink background when i start the movie, and the pink colour continues.

Hope you understand.


I've deleted preferences and cache.
Ive reinstalled it.


I also got this problem on WMP 11



Please help me.

Update the video card drivers to the latest. Manually select DirectX in VLC preferences: > Preferences > (tab) Video > Output modules > (check the "Advanced options" box) Choose "DirectX video output" first and if that doen't work choose "DirectX 3d video output".

Thanks! DirectX 3d thingy worked. And i do giot the latest drivers for my GPU.
