The comma after "However" is your choice, but often the comma is preferred.

But "to advise" is a transitive verb. That is, it requires an object indicating the person or thing to be advised of something. So you'd have to write "we advise users" to do something. Also, it's best to avoid splitting infinitives, so "We advise users always to use...." Finally, note that the word "post" at the end of your last sentence is a verb, and its subject is "me." "Me" can't be the subject of a verb. So you should use "I" instead, but there's another problem: "You would rather I..." takes a past tense, not the present tense, so it should be "you would rather I posted." If you enjoy this sort of thing, I highly recommend the Usenet newsgroups alt.english.usage and alt.usage.english. They're fun, active, and friendly.

I also think that there should be comma after however word

Just a small thing. When the font cache is rebuilding, it just says "Rebuild." rebuilding I think is the right way to write it. Yes I know, my last sentence probably have several grammatical errors, but just wanted to bring the font rebuild up. Couldn't find a place to put it other than here. Sorry if it's in the wrong place.
