DVD to MPEG-4

Hi to all!!

Have anyone any idea how to transform a DVD (Video, audio, subtitles) in MPEG-4 (h.264) that would be ready for streaming?

Any hints, SW (preffered free ones), ... would be very helpful

Try this DVD to MP4 Converter (supposed you are a PC user) that can convert DVD to mp4 h264 by just setting the profile to "Apple TV h264 (*.mp4)" (Note that there are 3 such profile for h264 but in different size; pick 1 from 320x240, 640x480, 1280x720)
