Audio Yes Video No (DirecX Question)vic-0.6.2-win32.exe

Postby Neptune1983 » 13 Dec 2003 08:12

Downloaded & Installed: vic-0.6.2-win32.exe
Have Audio for .mpg, divx and other formats for viewing videos downloaded on hard drive, but no video.

VLC (hardware YUV overlay Direct X output)
VLC (DirectX output)

Updated DirectX to DirectX 9
Video Card: SiS6326
Chip Type: 6326 AGP REV HO

On Most systems, It is quite normal with 2D Video cards for your primary video driver to be your usual driver, not the DirectX driver.

May Question Is how can I change my driver from my present Video Card to the DirectX driver. And would this solve my "Issue" for viewing video with the VLC Media Player.

Thanks to all the moderators or laymen that can help me with this "Issue".

Grace a tous les moderateurs ou les laiques qui peuvent m'aider avec cette "Issue". :?:
