Can I change the title bar?

Hi,

I'm running VLC on a Barco videowall (and yeah, it's a cool toy!!). The videowall has an application to make, load and unload predefined layouts.
As the Barco layout software uses the window name (the one in the titlebar) I can't define more than one VLC window in the layouts as all the VLC windows are all called "VLC media player". Is there a way I can change the titlebar?

You want to have it numbered or just to be able to change the title ?

Doesn't matter as long as it is unique to each instance of VLC.

The fix, changeset 19984, is in Qt trunk.
Need to build VLC on centOS5 (RHEL5), x86 arch.

I also need to change (customize) the title-bar (from "VLC media player"), reading the above postings,
I have the following questions:

* The files affected by this changeset are not in the src distro of vlc-0.8.6c most likely. The binaries
http://nightlies.videolan.org./ are not available for RHEL5, i.e.,
I need to build from source. Where do I get the source containing the above changeset (19984)?
* How Qt is different than wxWidgets, wxX11, WxGTK2.0+, etc which comes w/src distro?
I am new to VLC, this forum and would really appreciate some help in this area to get going.

So to change the title, I use the $MEDIANAME environment variable? I can't seem to get it to work using 0.8.6c
