Possible measures with VLC

First of all, Hi eveybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to measure some QOS parameters, like Jitter or Delay with VLC, during the transmission, or after, of a stream between two computers. Or maybe by analysing the packets with some sniffer it would be possible?
Maybe the task is simple, but i started a few days ago, working with vlc.
