I found a bug with the "Always On Top" feature.

Steps to repeat bug.
  • Open VLC Media Player without trying to open a video file.
  • When it's open, open some video file.
  • Click on Video > Always On Top.
  • Double click on the screen to make the window Full Screen. Everything appears to be normal so far.
  • Now double click on the screen again to make a normal window, and immediately double click on the screen.
  • You should now see something like that in the above screenshot.
