I've installed a recent version of VLC. After the installation it became my default video player. I want to return to WMP as a default media player how can I make the VLC not to be my default media player? Thanks in advance for the help
The are two solutions I know of:
1) open of explorer (right click on start, select explore). Select Tools/Folder Options from the menu. Click on the FileTypes tab. Find all the file extensions you want to point to some other player int the upper pane, and change their "open's with" application in the lower pane.
2) reinstall your player application - for most players, after installation they will ask you about what file types the player should be the default application for.
