At the moment VLC media player only has the feature "Always On Top". It would be good to have a similar feature "On Top While Playing". That is to say when this feature is on, if the video or audio is paused or stopped, the VLC Mplayer will loss its focus and send to the background if another Window is on active. At the moment, the "Always On Top" will ensue that the VLC Mplayer is always on top even when it is no playing.
