Blue time slider a minor distraction in 2.0.0

I just switched to the newest version of the player, and for the most part the experience has been very positive. However, as a minor gripe, the bright blue time slider is a slight distraction to watching a video in a window. I would request changing it to darker shade of gray instead, or at least offering the option to pick the colour yourself, so it wouldn't jump into my eyes so much and distract me from the video.

Color selection is not going to happen, but we might allow to have a standard slider in a minor revision.

I find it slightly more distracting in KDE than in Windows, I think the old time slider should be the default.

I disagree. But you can get the old one in 2.0.1.

Use the customize dialog for that.
