Converting Alternative Program Titles

When you try to convert to say mp4, a .ts file containing more than one program only the default program gets processed. Even if you select the desired program after conversion starts the defult still gets processed.
It would be good if the file and program could be selected before the conversion process, or the default program could be changed to suit requirements.
