Preferences GUI - more room for the preferences tree

A minor suggestion to a very nice player: when selecting 'Tools' and select 'All' below 'Show settings' (left bottom),
and expanding items in the 'Preferences-tree' at the left, a number of subitems are not displayed entirely.
The total window can be resized, but not the tree panel, although often at the right part of the window, there is a lot
of space, i.e. I think there is sufficient room/space to make the left window part wider, or maybe even resizable...?
Just a suggestion.
