Drag Subs

Just at thought.
It would be nice to be able to drag a sub file onto a playing movie in order to activate the subtitles for that movie.
Dragging of subs would be great. An additional [Subs Loaded] or something like that displayed as a subtitle to notify the user that it worked would be great.
Even adding the notification of subs being loaded or changed would be great. It does not always work and would be nice to see a successful notice and even a non-successful notice.... or perhaps not, but certainly a note saying [English subs enabled] or something.
