will the ability of auto monitor folders in your media library, ever be available in Vlc? or is it already?

This would truly be the best new add-on for Vlc. My media library changes every day or at the least every week, forcing me to delete the current media library and re-add the media folder, too update it.

It will be in VLC 1.2.0

So it`s been over year now. and i`m wondering if this will ever be implemented...

Or if it has it`s not working in the media library tab


I just don`t understand why this is not in Vlc right from the begining.. it just makes so much sense ( to me any how)
