Sonique Visualizations

Hello,

First off, VLC is amazing. Thanks to the VLC community for your immense amount of hours and effort into making the awesome media player VLC what it is today. What else can you ask for in VLC? Not much at all because in my opinion, it does pretty much everything that a media player should. It really does play everything. It even plays game music formats, which I have been trying to find good software to play (there are other players that do so that I've tried, but to have that feature in VLC is preferred since I use it much, and now it's in. :) Plus the idea of having a media player dedicated to just those types and other media players for other formats is annoying.

That being said, there is one little request that I have that would make it complete, at least for me. Way back in the day, there was this little mp3 player software called Sonique. It had some of the absolute best visualizations that I have ever seen which worked and looked well on low-end systems which is why I liked using it. Things happened over the years and Sonique is no more. XMPlay decided to implement support for these visualizations after the death of Sonique which is good, but as I said, VLC is my (as well as many others') preferred media package. Any chance that support for these visualizations will ever be a possibility?

Try them out, in my opinion, they are well worth the effort of adding support for them in VLC:

What is the format of those visualizations? x86 Win32 binary code, some scripting stuff or other?
